ABOUT US

Built on Experience. Driven by Real Change.

New Phase Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping members of the community build healthier thinking patterns, stronger relationships, emotional resilience, and practical life skills through structured, evidence-based programs.

With a special focus on veterans, first responders, individuals in recovery, and underserved populations, our mission is to provide real-world tools, accountability, and support that help people move forward with purpose.

We don’t just talk about change—we help people build it.

Why We Started New Phase Project

After years working directly in behavioral health, substance use treatment, anger management, and the criminal justice system, one truth became impossible to ignore:

Most people don’t lack the desire to change—they lack structure.

Too often, individuals are told to “do better” without ever being given the tools, guidance, or accountability needed to create lasting change.

New Phase Project was created to bridge that gap.

Our programs focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, accountability, communication, recovery support, and practical life skills—giving individuals a clear, structured path forward.

Because real change doesn’t happen by chance.
It happens through structure, support, and consistent action.

What Makes Our Approach Different

Evidence-Based Programs

Our programs incorporate evidence-informed behavioral health practices including cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation, recovery support, and accountability-focused education.

Real-World Experience

Our leadership team brings direct experience from behavioral health, corrections, recovery services, substance use treatment, and community-based support programs.

Structured Behavioral Change

We focus on practical, real-life application—not temporary motivation. Participants learn tools they can apply immediately in daily life, relationships, recovery, and decision-making.

Community-Focused Mission

We are committed to serving the community as a whole, while providing focused support for veterans, first responders, individuals in recovery, and underserved populations.
