The PHASE Model
A Framework for Lasting Change
Developed by New Phase Project, the PHASE Model is our structured, evidence-informed framework for behavioral change, recovery support, and practical life skills. It helps participants strengthen emotional regulation, healthier thinking, personal accountability, supportive relationships, and action planning for lasting change.
The PHASE Journey
Manage Yourself → Think Clearly → Take Ownership → Build Healthy Relationships → Move Forward with Purpose
How the PHASE Model Supports Change
The PHASE Model combines emotional regulation, healthy thinking, personal accountability, relationship skills, and practical action planning into a simple framework for lasting change.
Rather than focusing on a single issue, the model helps individuals develop the skills needed to move forward in all areas of life.
Designed for Real-Life Challenges
Whether someone is struggling with stress, anger, recovery, relationship conflict, or difficult life transitions, the PHASE Model focuses on building practical skills that can be applied in everyday life.
Informed by Established Practices
The PHASE Model incorporates evidence-informed concepts from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
Emotional Regulation Strategies
Recovery-Oriented Approaches
Communication & Relationship Skills Training
Accountability-Based Behavioral Change Models
